A potential threat at a high school in Angus had parents and police on high alert this past week.
A message on snapchap set off alarm bells for some, after students were told not to attend school.
After investigating, Nottawasaga OPP determined there was no risk to students or staff.

MAN DIES AFTER SNOWMOBILE ACCIDENT IN MIDHURST

The 16th snowmobiling fatality in the province occured in Midhurst Friday afternoon (Feb. 17).
Huronia West OPP say the 52 year-old Thornton man was pronounced dead, after the snowmobile he was riding collided with a freight train.
It happened just before 1:30 p.m..

This Saturday (feb 18) is Hockey Day in Bradford West Gwillimbury
Weather permitting the ninth annual will take place in Bond Head at Bud Brown Park.
Tyke and Novice teams from the BWG Minor Hockey Association will participate in outdoor hockey games.
