Deputy Mayor Donna Jebb says New Tecumseth will support the Tec We Gwill Women's Institute and become a participant in a challenge to help end hunger.

Like a scene out an Old Western, bottles were used as weapons, in a fight at a bar in Bradford.
South Simcoe Police were called to break up the fight, that had started between two men.

CAR FIRE LEADS TO CHARGES

A car fire has led to charges for the driver.
South Simcoe Police were called after a car hit a hydro pole at the Sideroad 20 and Concession 10 in Innisfil
Innisfil Fire Services was already on scene and the car was fully engulfed in flames.

BODY POSITIVELY ID'S AS THAT OF KADEN YOUNG

A post mortem has positively identified the body of a child discovered in Belwood Lake over the weekend. The Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service confirmed the found human remains are of three-year-old Kaden Young.

OPP say the a car blew a stop sign at the 13th Line and 15th Sideroad of New Tecumseth and collided with the bus
The kids, on the bus at the time, were checked out by Simcoe County Paramedics and sent home.
